NOGALES NOBLE REGIMENT LONDON TRIP

2019-2020 Invitation, information, communication, deposits

The Nogales Noble Regiment London 2019-2020 New Years Parade trip is open to all current 8th grade band members and high school students. This is a once in a lifetime opportunity and I hope you will all join us. The approximate cost is $3,800 per traveler. There is a lot of infor-mation and questions to go over. We have a Facebook page dedicated just for London: Nogales Noble Regiment London Trip 2019-2020. Please request access to stay up to date and know about all required meetings. We need the correct amount of musicians/performers to travel.

An initial deposit of $200.00 non-refundable (unless the trip is cancelled) is due July 30th either online or to our booster club. All deposits, rehearsal schedules, making payments, fundraisers, deadlines, and other information will be updated on our web site: Nogalesnobleregiment.org. Our first required London Meeting is August 13th at 6:30 p.m. in the band room. We will answer all question and concerns at this time. All meetings are required to participate.

Friday

  • L.A. Fair Performance 9/14 5:00pm.
  • We are departing school at 10:45a.m. Our buses will park in the (Gate 3) lot near the Sheraton Hotel. Please note that this parking is for school buses and designated equipment vehicles only. General guest parking will be directed to Gate 17 or Gate 9. All bands will stage at Lot 3 (Sheraton Red Gate) parking. The parade officially begins at 5:00pm and bands will march starting at Broadway and Palm, marching along Broadway to Juniper through Eucalyptus, Oak and Rose then back to Palm and Broadway to Redwood where the parade ends back to parking Lot 3.
